Abstract

In this paper we propose a ranking system of medical ambulatory services quality consisting not only in a global method which refers at 10 pre-established criteria classes but, also after each separated criteria. In fact it has been done a two level ranking. The first level consists of ranking in each criteria classes, followed by a second level represented by a global ranking of all criteria classes.
