Abstract

Visually impaired people have the same needs for education and integration like the rest of population. The goal of this article is to present the informatics applications build during INTERBLY project by the team of Medical Informatics Department of University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Iuliu Haţieganu” Cluj-Napoca and I.P.A. Cluj-Napoca. In the beginning are introduced the main objectives of the INTERBLY project followed by the description of install process and the basics concepts of using the KeyLearn and KeyRead applications.
