Abstract

The goal of this paper is to present in the field of the Multiple Criteria or Multi-attribute ranking problems some new ranking methods using multiple weights and random alternative evaluations, which could be employed particularly in various medical applications. We illustrate and apply these ranking procedures for multi-criteria evaluating and ranking a set of medical offices. Each of these methods is numerically illustrated and the correlations between the results obtained by different methods are presented. Some conclusions concerning the influence of some particular criterion on the global evaluation are presented.
