This work is based on an encryption mechanism to encrypt the health data, access control to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of health records. The proposed scheme has used a storage mechanism combining cloud and blockchain. The cloud server stores the encrypted health records, while the blockchain retains traceable log information and encryption keys.  The proposal is an adequate solution to share the electronic health record securely.
