A prospective study with a follow up of 12 months was conducted. Twenty patients with ischemic disease and chronic heart failure, from Diagnostic and Treatment Centre, Cluj-Napoca were included into the study. The hemodynamic parameters expressed as ejection fraction, effort tolerance, and clinical simptomatology were improved in the patients treated by Nicorandil. Nicorandil treatment can improve the patients’ life quality, hemodynamic status and it is possible to reduce mortality in congestive heart failure.</span></span>}, number={3, 4}, journal={Applied Medical Informatics}, author={LĂŢEA, Luminita}, year={2011}, month={Apr.}, pages={13–20} }
