Build of a Regional Medical Registry

Abstract
Despite progress in creating standardized clinical data models and inter-application protocols, the goal of creating a lifelong health care record remains a goal for medical system. This article presents the structure of a possible regional medical registry for infectious disease with digestive gate. This registry will be make using databases developed in different medical institution and the large spread of Internet.
