Medicines Management for Consumers and Citizens

Abstract
People have dual attitudes to publicly funded medicines: one is a citizen's, public interest attitude that tolerates rationing; the other, is the hunger of patient as consumer to get the right treatment immediately at the time it is needed. The objectives of this article are to recognize the phenomena and take steps to remedy them.
