Abstract
This paper describes the idea of distance learning, components that are needed in good functionality of a distance learning institute and also offer a proposed description of the modules of distance learning application that is wants to implement at University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca and the steps that were made to reach this goal.
